Polyester Twisted FDY Yarn (Flash Yarn)

Polyester Twisted FDY Yarn, also called" Flash Yarn" is a type of 100% polyester yarn that  undergoes a special twisting process to create a slub-like texture, enhancing its strength and texture. It features an irregular thick and thin pattern similar to “slub” but with a smoother feel.

While it shares some characteristics with Polyester Slub DTY Yarn, the key difference lies in the raw materials and processing methods. Polyester Slub DTY Yarn is made from POY (Partially Oriented Yarn), resulting in a strong and durable yarn. In contrast, Polyester Twisted FDY Yarn uses FDY (Fully Drawn Yarn), which undergoes a more thorough stretching process, resulting in an excellent drape.
