Company History
- 2004
- Poyarn started in a workshop with only two looms in Yaqian Town, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou since 2004.
- 2011
- Poyarn, officially established in 2011, was equipped with 60 three-meter rapier looms specializing in producing the synthetic yarns for window screen fabrics, and with two 33H texturing machines specializing in the production of polyester slub DTY. After that, 3-4 texturing machines were added every two years until 2016.
- 2016
- In 2016, Poyarn moved to a neighboring village. From 2016 to 2019, the number of rapier looms remained unchanged and the number of texturing machines increased to 15.
- 2019
- At the end of 2019, Poyarn moved to Guali Town establishing its first standalone headquarters in 28,000 square meters. The number of texturing machines increased to 18, and 24 new Titan 828 rapier looms were added.
- 2022
- In 2022, an air-texturing machine and a set of sewage treatment equipment were added.
- 2023
- Now 2023, there are currently more than 60 rapier looms and 18 Japanese Murata 33H texturing machines. The annual output value is 300,000 meters of window screen gray fabric and 20,000 tons of special polyester yarn. At present, the main export market is the Middle East covering four main countries such as Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iran, etc. The annual shipment volume is 6,000 tons up to USD 1.5 million.
