Our products cover four major categories: Polyester slub DTY, Polyester folded yarn, Polyester ATY and Twisted FDY yarn. It greatly meets the textile needs of customers in the fields of window screens, cushions, sofa cloths, T-shirts, shoe uppers, socks and many other fields.
Supply Capacity
Our regular raw material inventory remains up to 3,000 tons to satisfy the needs of most customers. Meanwhile, we maintain good relationships with raw material suppliers to ensure that when we have greater demand, raw material suppliers can give us priority in providing raw material support.
Modern Yarn Facilities
Our plant is equipped with texturing machines, air-texturing machines and the latest twisting machines, ensuring that our main annual output reaches uo to 20,000 tons. We serve our customers within the shortest deadlines.
High Technology

Quality
We will conduct quality testing on all yarns after completed, mainly divided into tension and color testing. Testers must have more than 10 years of work experience and know whether the tension is qualified or not by touch. As for color test, we carry out in socks knitting and yarns are visually checked to see if the color is uniform or not. Thus, wastage and production losses of our customers are minimized.
Precise Packaging
We have specialized assembly lines and mechanical operations from weighing to packaging to ensure the accuracy of product weight. When packaging, we use moisture-proof bags, plastic tubes, paper tubes and other environmentally friendly packaging materials to promote the concept of sustainable development.
Product Warehousing Capacity
The complete yarns will be transferred to our warehouse for storage. Our warehouse is kept clean, hygienic and well ventilated, at a suitable and stable temperature to avoid exposure to sunlight and ultraviolet rays. Regular yarns including Polyester slub DTY 150D 300 tons, 300D 100 tons, Polyester folded yarn 540D 100 tons, and Polyester ATY 1100D 100 tons are always available in stock and can be shipped the same day the order is placed. And our minimum order quantity is also very customer-friendly, MOQ is only 500KG.
